ذِى قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِى ٱلْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍۢ
Zee quwwatin 'inda zil 'arshi makeen
Saheeh International
[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
