أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
Alaa ya'lamu man khalaq wa huwal lateeful khabeer

Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?
